About Me

Howdy! My name is Thao and I'm the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and this local laundry service! My career in laundry began as a clerk at a Philadelphia dry cleaners that helped me pay my way through college. I majored in Hospitality and managed housekeeping operations, including full laundry departments, in upscale resorts post graduation. Born at the same time as our second baby, BCS Laundry Mom has grown from an idea to a small, local business! I am grateful for the opportunity to help lighten your load (heh, laundry joke!) while still being present for my young kids.
